From a website to a source for AI.
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is the work of improving a brand’s visibility in answers from generative search systems. It combines website accessibility, clear product information and verifiable company details. The goal is to make it more likely that a system finds relevant content, uses it to prepare an answer and cites your website as a source.
We check access to important pages, their indexing and main content.
We turn product information into clear answers to buyers’ questions.
We connect claims to verifiable facts, authors and primary sources.
* Preliminary estimates for each area separately. We agree the number of pages and final schedule after the initial audit. Inclusion in a particular AI answer is not guaranteed.
A shared foundation. An added focus on answers.

Data collection method
Our protocol describes which questions we check, how we save answers and how we link conclusions to sources. This is a method, not published research findings.
Choose a field to follow its connection to the record.
HOW DATA IS COLLECTED
Each observation should retain the path from the question to the sources in the answer. This lets us return to the original data and verify the conclusion.
01 / QuestionWe save the exact wording, language and audience need. The question list is defined before data collection begins.
02 / AI answerWe save the full answer, date and time, system, available model version and session conditions.
03 / SourceWe record the links shown by the system, the context of the brand mention and the absence of links when none are provided.
Research plan. Before collecting data, we will define the sample and evaluation rules. We will publish the limits of the conclusions alongside the results.
We will define the audience, its needs, languages and query categories. We will keep the original wording and sample definition so questions are not chosen to fit a desired result.
We will record the date, system, available model version, search mode, region and session state. Original answers and displayed links will be saved.
We will agree the number of repetitions and intervals in advance. The same questions will be repeated, with each answer saved separately and changes in conditions recorded.
AI answers change, and the system may not show every source. A brand mention is not the same as a recommendation. Conclusions will apply to the selected questions, systems and observation period.
No numerical findings or brand ranking are available yet. This diagram shows the method we plan to use to collect data.

GEO makes your brand and content easier for AI systems to access and understand; SEO focuses on website visibility in search results. They share a foundation: technical accessibility, quality content and a clear structure. GEO adds checks of AI answers, brand mentions and the sources those systems cite.
No. Inclusion in ChatGPT or another AI system’s answers cannot be guaranteed. Systems choose information and sources independently, and answers vary with the question and conditions. We commit to an agreed scope of work, save the original answers and show changes in repeat checks.
The timing depends on your website’s condition, the scope of improvements and when AI systems update their sources. After reviewing the website, we agree the stages and repeat measurement schedule. Completing an improvement does not mean the brand will appear in an answer immediately; we check that separately and include it in the report.
We compare saved answers to agreed questions before and after the changes. Each measurement records the AI system, date, conditions, brand mentions and displayed links. We distinguish recommendations from simple mentions and limit our conclusions to the questions and period actually studied.
In the enquiry, tell us about your company, team size, goals and monthly marketing budget. We will assess whether the project is a fit and contact you to discuss terms. Analysis and ongoing work are paid services: we first agree the scope, cost and schedule, then begin research after payment.
Bagdaer or your team can implement the changes; we agree responsibilities before starting. In an implementation project, we carry out the approved improvements and check the results. If your team handles implementation, the audit provides priorities and recommendations, with any support agreed separately.
Yes. A new or small website can start with GEO if its goals match what its audience searches for through AI. We first check page access, product clarity and verifiable company information. The baseline helps us define a useful scope; website size alone neither guarantees nor rules out visibility.
After a detailed GEO audit, you receive a report, original answer records and a prioritised improvement plan. You can implement the recommendations in-house, agree a separate project with Bagdaer or move to ongoing support. Analysis and subsequent work are paid. We agree the scope, cost and schedule before starting; research begins after payment.
