By entering the tombs of Pharaonix, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully to understand the rules governing your expedition.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Pharaonix is intended strictly for entertainment purposes only. The application does not offer an opportunity to win real currency or tangible prizes, nor does it guarantee future success in similar activities.

1. Account & User ID Profile

Upon initiating your journey, the application assigns a unique User ID to your device. This profile is essential for saving your progression, XP, and accumulated Virtual Coins. We strongly advise against attempting to alter or manipulate this User ID, as it may result in the loss of your game progress and Rewards.

2. Virtual Currency & In-Game Rewards

Throughout your gameplay, you will utilize and acquire Virtual Coins and Virtual Credits.

No Monetary Value: Virtual Coins and In-game rewards hold absolutely no real-world monetary value. They are fictional units used exclusively within the Pharaonix application to facilitate gameplay.
Cannot Be Cashed Out: Under no circumstances can Virtual Credits or any other game items be exchanged, sold, or cashed out for real currency, goods, or services from Bagdaer Studio or any third party.
Wager Mechanics: Any Wager placed within the game utilizes only these Virtual Coins and exclusively yields further Virtual Coins or in-game experience as an outcome.

3. Game Balance & Software

Bagdaer Studio strives to provide a fair and balanced experience. We reserve the right to modify the Game Balance, mathematical models, features, and content at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the game logic will result in an immediate termination of your User ID and access to the app.

4. Age Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to access Pharaonix. By accepting these terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bagdaer Studio be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your access to, or inability to access, the Pharaonix application.
